NeutralSpace is a free search engine. You can use it for any lawful purpose. You do not need an account. We do not ask for personal information.

What you agree not to do

• Use NeutralSpace to search for, distribute, or facilitate illegal content
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure with automated queries
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our service at scale
• Misrepresent NeutralSpace as your own product

What we provide

NeutralSpace is provided as-is, free of charge, with no guarantees of uptime or result accuracy. Search results are sourced from third-party engines and we are not responsible for their content.

We reserve the right to block abusive usage or queries that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The NeutralSpace name, wordmark, and guardian eye symbol are our intellectual property. The underlying search engine software (SearXNG) is open source under the AGPL-3.0 license. Our frontend code is proprietary.

Limitation of liability

NeutralSpace is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to reliance on search results returned by third-party engines.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of NeutralSpace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. We will always attempt to resolve disputes informally before any formal process.
